These terms set out the basis on which we may sell products to you. Please read these terms carefully

In these Terms, when we say: you or your, we mean you, the customer ordering and purchasing Products. We, us or our, we mean the POLBUD (UK) LTD entity from whom you purchase Product(s). Order, we mean an order placed by you for Product(s) in store, by telephone, via e-mail for Product(s) we bring specialy for you; after you pay your deposit you will lose your right to cancel your order and you will not be able to return Product(s) and your deposit WILL NOT BE RETURNED.

Products which are cut, made to measure or mixed to your requirements, or otherwise customised or made to your specifications will not be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrectly delivered.

If a product is defective, incorrect or damaged, the customer must inform us of this fact immediately. If it is used, modified or assembled (applies to furniture), it is not subject to claim.

You can return your Products for any reason within 28 days after the date of delivery or collection. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. Following cancellation or return we will refund you the price paid for the Product(s); in the case of return delivered Product(s) or part of it, we may recalculate any any applicable delivery charge and deduct this from the refund.
