for levelling heating subfloors

Description:

Levents subfloors in the range of 3-30 mm - both when the subfloor has only localised irregularities and when the entire subfloor is made with a slight slope.
Raises the floor level in the entire room - e.g. when it is necessary to level two adjacent rooms.
Can be used in dry rooms - living rooms, halls, lobbies, living rooms, offices, corridors, waiting rooms, etc.
Can be used in rooms with higher humidity such as domestic bathrooms.
It is recommended as an underlay for carpets in offices, kindergartens, schools, flats, etc. because of the smooth surface it creates. - Due to the smooth surface it creates and the fine aggregate.
Types of finishing layers: tiles, PVC, carpet, panels, parquet, epoxy floors.

Main properties:

ATLAS SMS 30 is produced as a dry mix, made on a cement base.

It has excellent spreadability - it allows to obtain a horizontal and smooth surface even in large rooms, without the need to use guide strips and pull the mass with patches.

Rapidly workable - rapid strength build-up allows foot traffic as early as 3 hours after primer application.

Recommended for levelling the surface of existing heating, cement and anhydrite subfloors - where unevenness of the subfloor makes it impossible to carry out the final cladding and an additional thin layer of material needs to be applied.
It is suitable for manual or machine application - it can be easily and quickly applied both manually and with machines equipped with auger pumps, so high productivity is achieved.

It has very low linear shrinkage - minimal linear changes in the underlay during setting (≤ 0.6 mm/mb) reduce the possibility of cracking and separation from weak substrates (low cohesiveness).

Recommended for levelling the surface of existing heating subfloors - where unevenness of the subfloor prevents the final cladding and an additional thin layer of material has to be applied.

Consumption: On average 16.5 kg of mortar is used per 1 m² and per 10 mm layer thickness.
