CM 11 PLUS mortar is used for fixing gres tiles and other ceramic, cement and stone tiles (except marble and mosaic), inside and outside buildings. The mortar can be used to fix tiles on cement and cement-lime plaster (age over 28 days), cement screeds (age over 28 days), concrete (age over 3 months) and indoors on primed substrates: gypsum, anhydrite, sealing materials CL 51 (tile bonding 2 days after application) and CR 65 (tile bonding min. 2 days after application). Thanks to the use of a special combination of fillers, the new CM 11 PLUS mortar is much easier to apply, allowing work to progress faster. It is recommended to use CM 11 PLUS adhesive for stoneware tiles up to about 50 x 50 cm. On deformable substrates such as primed gypsum boards, particle boards, heated floors, Ceresit flexible sealing materials: CL 50, CR 166, Ceresit CM 12 PLUS, CM 16, CM 17 mortar should be used. For other types of tiles and other substrates, heavier loads and deformable substrates such as terraces, balconies - it is recommended to use CM 16, CM 17 or CM 22.
TILER RECOMMENDATION
At the end of 2015, an independent research agency conducted market research for our two most popular adhesives - CM 11 PLUS and CM 16. The research was conducted in 5 European countries (Poland, Romania, Serbia, Russia and Ukraine) on a group of 150 contractors. During the research, more than 90% of contractors confirmed that they recommend CM 11 PLUS and CM 16 adhesives for gluing tiles. The results of the research are reflected in the placement of recommendation information on the adhesives' packaging. Obtaining a recommendation confirms the high quality of the products, which is appreciated by tile setters in their daily work.
